Delivery Time
We ship procucts by US Mail. Since all of our products
will be shipped from different warehouses, arrival time may vary. Please
also allow 7-17 days for delivery time. Occasionally, due to back order
it may take up to 4 weeks.
Order Cancellation
To request cancellation of your order please e-mail a request along with
your order number to sales@haggleme.com. We make every attempt to
cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order
that has been shipped. If a package is in transit when your request is
made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of
delivery will not prevent original shipping charges or any restocking
fees from applying to any refund allowed.
International/Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to United States Continental addresses only EXCLUDING
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories & Canada.
Pricing & Content Disclaimer
The information on HaggleMe.com website may contain some errors or
inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracy
or change/update the information at anytime without advanced notice.
Such errors may affect product description, pricing and availability. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Product Color disclaimer
We cannot guarantee any certainty that the color shown in a product
image on your monitor is the "exact" color of the actual unit due to
variances in computer displays and various settings.
Returns & Refunds
a. Shipping and handling charge are NOT refundable in any circumstances.
b. Merchandise can be returned for any reason if we are notified for
return within 7 days from confirmed receipt date for a full item price
refund. If merchandise is reported for return after 7 days but less than
14 days (from confirmed receipt date), 25% percentage restocking fee
will be charged on the refund. Please contact haggleme@haggleme.com for
more information.
c. Merchandise can NO longer be returned/refunded after 14 days from
confirmed receipt date.
d. Returned item must be physically received to qualify for a refund.
e. Upon receipt of the returned product, a credit will be issued within
30 days.
Damaged Shipments
We will try our best to keep damages as low as possible, but
unfortunately it could happen at any point, from factory, wholesaler to
retailer.
Undeliverable Address & Refused shipment
Please double check your address on the checkout section. Shipping fee
will be charged for undeliverable addresses and refused shipments.
