1984 Chevrolet El Camino pickup with 66,000 original miles. A totally rust free pickup. This pickup has that unusual crisp new look with the best trim package that GM offered in the El Camino lineup. Very nice arrow-straight body and nice paint in the original GM dark Briar brown and light Briar brown. I've been an old car enthusiast and collector for 50 years and owned many very nice classic cars and trucks during this time, however this pickup out-drives any classic I've ever owned. The smooth ride, exceptional handling, and general overall smooth performance are outstanding. I'm the 4th owner from new of this El Camino. It was originally purchased new in Oklahoma and has spent its entire life in northeast Oklahoma. One repaint to original factory colors about 10 years ago. No rust ever. Everything works as it should with no issues. Leaks no fluids of any type. Has a fresh and strong professionally built 350 engine with a few conservative performance modifications (not a hot rod) with approximately 1,500 miles on it. Runs very smooth and quite. New Eldebrock carburetor and aluminum intake. Has turbo 350 transmission that shifts excellent. Air conditioning system was recently upgraded to 134 cooling system with a new compressor, new condenser, new accumulator and office tube. Tires are new with about 150 miles on them. Brakes are new. The exhaust system is new. Shocks are new. All gauges and lights work as should. Cruise control works excellent. Has tilt steering wheel. The radiator is new as are the radiator hoses and belts. The water pump, thermostat and fuel pump are new as well. Near mint original GM deluxe velour interior. Comes with a new car cover. This is a pickup that you can drive on a long-distance trip in confidence that you will get there. NOT a true SS optioned El Camino. The SS badging has been added.
