1965 Ford Mustang Hardtop
Technically, very early '65. I refer to it as a '64 3/4 because it has most of the carry-over parts from the '64's. It has the 289, C-4 automatic, alternator, traction lock, Kenwood stereo AM-FM-Cassette with amp, driving computer with cruise control, alarm system, factory A/C, front & rear sway bars, 14 X 7 Western wheels, air shocks.
Engine is 10:1 compression, 3 angle valve job, Chevy valves, balanced, CCed, decked, etc., torque cam, 4bbl holley 600/2bbl autolite factory carb (both), edelbrock 2121, Headman headers, dual turbo mufflers with rear exit. Recently overhauled and runs great, even on todays unleaded regular. Did I mention hardened valves/seats for unleaded longivity.
Differential reworked and traction lock added. U-joints also.
Comes with a bunch of goodies to finish it up which are being installed as you read this. New pix posted as available.
